Water Infiltration Hospital

Large Hospital & Research Center Under Construction

AMI Environmental was contacted to complete a comprehensive site investigation and baseline assessment of absorbent building materials impacted by torrential wind-driven rains on multiple levels of the 10-story research tower and eight-story clinical tower under construction. AMI was also tasked with assessing air handling units contaminated by water intrusion to ensure climate and air quality control for future occupants. Remediation and cleaning recommendations based on the site assessment were provided to resolve identified risks and prevent ensuing water and microbial issues in the healthcare and research facility.
