Demolition

To demolish something is simple, but to demolish something properly takes responsibility, experience and careful planning. Project Managers at AMI Environmental provide our clients with the services necessary to ensure the safe and cost effective demolition and decommissioning of a wide variety of facilities across the country. Our firm manages the Contractor on a day-to-day basis, acting as the client advocate to be sure contract documents are being followed and our client’s interests are protected. Demolition activities may take the form of heavy rigging, interior demolition, structural/total demolition, selective dismantling or investment and asset recovery. Once the project is complete, we prepare the final project closeout documents and cost information.

When assisting our clients with LEED certification, AMI tracks all waste streams from job-site to final disposition, and provides them with all proper documentation and record keeping to show proof of recycling.

Our Demolition Capabilities:

  • Hazardous Materials Removal and Disposal
  • Interior Demolition
  • Phasing & Containment
